Ronald Manke is the Vice President, Provider Support for Osler Health Management. Ronald is responsible for guiding members into value based reimbursements and helping providers with shared savings models. He brings a mandate to provide Osler members with the technology, program responsibilities, workflows, patient engagement and services they need to succeed. Ron will also support physicians and their staff and assist them with a voice to the payers.
Mr. Manke is the former North Jersey director for NJ-HITEC and the former program director for the NJII Practice Transformation Network, leading NJ providers into value based care. Ron is a leader in delivering healthcare reform programs aimed at increasing quality and decreasing cost. Ron also works with payers to transform practice behavior by encouraging per member per month incentives. He has been assisting providers with CMS programs such as Meaningful Use, PQRS, DSRIP, Accountable Care and analytics within their electronic medical record.
Ron has a strong background in practice transformation, work flow modifications, change management and training. Ron has completed the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) training programs for both patient centered medical home and accountable care organizations and has received his BS in marketing from the University of Phoenix.
