Osler Health Management, while an independent support and services organization for Osler Health, is exclusively and fully responsible to provide administration of the network and payer agreements, group insurance services, population management technology, services, and support, branding, marketing, public relations and all other services that maximize returns to our members and participating providers.

These services support the overall system that provides common advantages over peers and shifts the system from hospital centric to physician centric. These services include providing the tools, training, analysis and support that sets Osler apart from accountable care and “clinically integrated” networks to provide the empowerment and enablement to operate as a leading next generation provider organization. Our goal is to transform non-hospital services from “sick care” to comprehensive, high quality, effective and efficient healthcare.

Osler Health members and participating providers receive these services at no added cost. They are totally supported by gain and risk sharing proceeds and include, but are not limited to:
  • Professional management of all business affairs
  • Payer Contract Acquisition, Negotiation and Management
  • MDclick™ Common Platform Suite including training, support and maintenance
  • Common Administrative Support including HR, credentialing, accounting, finance and related support functions
  • Group Purchasing Organization Vetting, Acquisition, Contracting, Management and related services
  • Training and Support including one on one as needed and regular seminars for physicians and staff to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, patient service and satisfaction, managing patient co-pays and deductibles and much more
  • Full administrative support for Osler Health IPA including Finance, HR, Accounting, Logistics and related business functions
  • Branding and Marketing
  • Research and continued education to remain ahead of health care reform
  • Merger, acquisition, strategic and tactical support
